Susana Parada is a happy-go-lucky kind of artist from Bridgeport, Connecticut with a vast array of original prints available for purchase in her Etsy shop. She injects a wonderful sense of humor into her fun illustrations and always has a great use of color. I wouldn’t mind putting 1 or 2 (or even 3) of her prints on my walls!

art > energy in bloom.

Yellena James is an artist from the capitol city of Bosnia & Herzegovina who moved to the U.S. to attend art school and who now calls Portland, Oregon her home. Her lively and colorful artwork has been commissioned by Anthropologie, Nike, and Microsoft to name a few and she has also participated in exhibitions throughout the U.S. since 2007. Bold geometric shapes are mixed with soft-hued organic shapes that dance inside their frames – I love how active and full of energy each of her pieces seem to be!
