Alyssa Monks is an amazing oil painter, originally from New Jersey, who currently lives and works in Brooklyn, NY. Her paintings very closely imitate water, glass, steam, and even flesh.“When I began painting the human body, I was obsessed with it and needed to create as much realism as possible.
